And that’s exactly what you’ll find in our 3-star hotel with half board in South Tyrol. Because let’s be honest, how are you meant to hear the mysterious call of the mountains if your stomach is growling louder than the wind? 😉

Breakfast bliss

7:30 am to 10:00 am

grab your plate, the breakfast buffet is ready: with all kinds of goodies, freshly baked rolls from the village bakery, fine meats and cheeses, muesli and yoghurt, jams, honey and marmalades, and the occasional (sweet) surprise. Take a seat in the panoramic dining room with views out into the nature – could you wish for any more?  Senior hostess Sieglinde and Lena are happy to make those wishes come true.

Dinnertime

6:30 pm or 7:00 pm

… when senior host Kristian and junior host Markus get to work in the kitchen, the result is one thing only: pure indulgence! Only the finest South Tyrolean ingredients find their way into our pots – tender quality meats, fresh fruit and vegetables from carefully selected local and regional farms. Our cuisine? A perfect blend of  tradition and modern flair. And one thing’s for sure: no one leaves our table hungry – promise.

You can look forward to:

  • 5-Course dinner menu with a choice of two main courses (one vegetarian)
  • Large salad buffet
  • Theme evenings: rustic Tyrolean menu (Tuesdays), gala dinner (Sundays)
  • Barbecue evenings on our own alpine pasture (every Wednesday in summer)
  • gluten and lactose-free meals available on request (please let us know when booking – no vegan options)

    A is for Aperitivo & After dinner drinks

    7:30 am to 11:00 pm

    … in our bar there’s something for every taste – from refreshing alcohol-free drinks to fine wines, regional beers and local schnapps. But the real stars? Our signature drink, the Creamy Nussbaumer, or the home-made Nussiler – naturally made with nuts from our own walnut tree. To toast the moment, we also recommend our seasonal Spritz – with fruits, wild berries and alpine herbs from the region. Top tip: try the Zirm Spritz in summer. Junior host Markus climbs our alpine pines himself, to harvest the stone pine cones for it.
