The prices indicated are per person and day including half board. The price does not include the local tax of € 2.80, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age).

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation …

30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
14 to 7 days: 45% of the total amount
6 to 1 day: 80% of the total amount
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100 % will be charged.

(The percentages refer to the total price of the booked arrangement. Legal jurisdiction is Bolzano.)

Holiday information

Arrival & Departure
On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 am.
If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, please let us know by phone.

Non-smoking house
We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or outdoors.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome on request. We charge € 15.00 per day without food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room.
